CryptLoad Container Files (shortened ccf) are files to encrypt Http links. During the creation of the file the links are encrypted which makes them unvisible, but still able to be downloaded. So you can publish the links without other persons knowing the links.

CryptLoad Container Files are only downloadable with the free download-manager CryptLoad, which you can find and download at cryptload.info.
