Crypt-It provides the best encryption. Download-Managers like CD, YourCrypt or Cryptload are not able to decrypt Crypt-It-Folders. Furthermore Crypt-It has some more features. Besides plain download-lists of direct downloads it also provides a CCF-File for every folder. This makes it possible to download the folder right through the downloadmanager CryptLoad.
