Terms and Conditions
§1 Scope
(1) Thid are the Terms and Conditions of www.crypt-it.com ( "crypt-it" from now on); the use of these Terms and Conditions in its present form is allowed on Crypt-It only.
(2) The Terms and Conditions are mandatory. Each user is bound to accept theses Terms and Conditions when creating entries.
§2 Published Content
(1) Publishing of content which violates rights of third parties or any applicable law is not allowed. This includes the use of texts (e.g. Descriptions) and images (e.g. pack shots) which are protected by copyrights or intellectual property of third parties.
(2) After receiving notice of a breach Crypt-it reserves the right to remove or block this content without prior notice. Claims by the user because of the removal or blocking of any contents are excluded.
Note: Crypt-It is not responsible for financial and / or material damage caused by violations against the regulations listed under § 2. This has to be resolved privately between the respective parties.
§3 Allgemeines
(1) There is no legal claim for the Crypt-It membership, and it is at own risk and own responsibility.
(2) The membership is immediately terminable at any time on both sides. There is no need for reasons. The deletion of user accounts is irrevocable.
(3) There is no claim to continued availability of Crypt-It. This can be affected for example by Server failures or maintenance and has to be accepted at all time. Crypt-It is not liable for any lost data.
